Stratasys J850

Perfect prototypes. Without limits.

Design and creativity have no limits. Now, with the Stratasys J850, the same is true for prototypes. Our tried and tested technology simplifies the entire design process, streamlining workflows so you can spend more time on what matters –creating, refining and designing the best product possible.

Bring your boldest ideas to life sooner.

The Stratasys J850 can create twice as many models during concept design, so you can share ideas and gain feedback earlier. With this extra control over the modelling process, you can create five different concept models in the same time it takes to build one using traditional methods.

Make concept design swifter. And stronger.

With Super High-Speed mode, concept models can now be printed twice as fast as with the Stratasys J750. Working in harmony with our new DraftGrey material, your models will combine superior strength, heat resistance, dimensional accuracy and fine detail – and all at an attractively low cost.

Layer Thickness

Horizontal build layers down to 14 microns (0.00055 in.)
55 microns (0.002 in.) in Super High-Speed mode

Build Models

High Quality: up to 7 base resins, 14-micron (0.00055 in.) resolution
High Mix: up to 7 base resins, 27-micron (0.001 in.) resolution
High Speed: up to 3 base resins, 27-micron (0.001 in.) resolution
Super High Speed: 1 base resin, 55 micron (0.002 in.) resolution

Accuracy

Typical deviation from STL dimensions, for models printed with rigid materials,
based on size: under 100 mm – ±100μ; above 100 mm – ±200μ or ± 0.06% of part length,
whichever is greater.

Rigid, flexible, transparent or opaque – our multi-material capacity means you can load up to seven materials at once. Expansive colour and texture combinations remove the need for model painting, helping you create the most realistic models in the shortest time possible. Plus, our two support materials dissolve easily, giving you the freedom to print complex and delicate features, without the hassle of laborious post-processing.

  • Vero™ family of opaque materials including neutral shades and vibrant VeroVivid™ colours
  • Agilus30™ flexible material
  • Transparent VeroClear™ and VeroUltraClear™
