METHOD is a next-generation desktop 3D-printing platform that delivers manufacturing-grade parts with advanced engineering materials. With the ability to print complex and durable parts within a 100°C heated chamber, this printer represents an affordable option for creating end-use assemblies and manufacturing tools.
Powered by world-leading Stratasys technology, you will gain access to the latest 3D-printing material solutions – from real, production-grade ABS to manufacturing-ready materials such as PETG, TOUGH and more. All deliver finished part dimensional accuracy of ± 0.2mm, allowing complex assemblies with precise tolerances.
Now available is the METHOD Carbon Fiber Edition. It is capable of printing strong, heat-resistant metal replacement parts with three-dimensional strength and accuracy like never before, in a unique industrial desktop platform. It operates a heated chamber for stronger parts, an open platform for advanced engineering materials and guarantees part accuracy. Nylon (6/66) Carbon Fiber has the highest peak performance in all categories, whilst Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber is less affected by moisture and will retain more of its performance in the presence of moisture.
The METHOD 3D-printing system has been tested for more than 220,000 hours – equivalent to 25 years – to ensure total system reliability and print quality. With a print chamber up to 7.5 x 7.5 x 7.75in in size, a five-inch full-colour touchscreen display, circulating heated chamber and flexible steel build plate, METHOD will bring benefits you never even imagined to your workplace.
