Overview

This multi-material wide-format 3D printer specialises in rapidly creating large, industrial-size models and 1:1 scale prototypes, no matter how complex or detailed.

Easy to use, the Objet1000 Plus can work for prolonged periods and is ideally suited to industries such as automotive, defence, aerospace, consumer goods, household appliances and industrial machinery manufacturing.

Combining precision detail with a wealth of material properties, it is equally adept at producing either small-scale prototypes or large casings that can be drilled, screwed and assembled into stunning life-like final constructions.

Materials

VeroClear VeroClear provides an alternative to glass and is ideal for concept modelling and design verification. It is suitable for making eyewear, light covers and medical devices.
Tango (TangoPlus & TangoBlackPlus) offers elastomer qualities such as tear resistance and tensile strength for functional testing and verification. Ideal for overmouldings and soft-touch coatings in applications such as grips, gaskets, handles, knobs, pulls, seals, hoses and footwear.
Digital ABS & ABS2 [14:26] James Benstead Simulates ABS plastics by combining strength with temperature resistance for realistic, precise and tough models with a superior finish. Ideal for functional prototypes, manufacturing tools, moulds, snap-fits, casings, electrical parts and engine parts and covers
Rigur Simulates the appearance and functionality of polypropylene and is ideal for prototyping containers, packaging, flexible snap-fit components, living hinges, toys, battery cases, lab equipment and automotive parts. Rigur boasts high impact resilience and impressive elongation at break.
Vero Range Brilliant colour options and blends for unprecedented design freedom and dimensional stability. Combines with rubber-like materials for overmoulding, soft-touch handles and more. Ideal for reliable form and function testing, moving and assembled parts, electronic components, surgical models, manufacturing tooling and silicone moulding.
