Overview

Precision 3D printing. Easy as F123.

The F190CR composite printer is built on the same platform as the proven F123 Series, with a verified 99% uptime and a 99% dimensional repeatability performance. Material tuning – optimising print parameters using over 220 measurements – ensures consistent material performance across all resolutions and successful print results.

Simple setup and unattended operation.

You don’t need special training or highly skilled technicians to operate F123CR printers. Job setup simply involves importing the part’s CAD file using GrabCAD Print™ software and initiating the print. The printer requires no further oversight until the job is done.

Unparalleled support, when you need it.

Stratasys invented FDM Technology, and we’ve been perfecting it for over 30 years. Our technicians and application engineers know how to maximize your printer investment and address problems when they occur. When you need help, our worldwide support staff is here to assist, from professional installations to application guidance to on-site troubleshooting. Whether optimizing your print results, solving a problem, or providing training, Stratasys service and support have the experience and global reach to keep you operational.

Materials

More choices. More possibilities.

Work with a wide range of materials including carbon fiber ABS and elastomer. Achieve complex geometries and interlocking components with our unique soluble support material. However intricate the part, the soluble support dissolves to leave a pristine finish, requiring no hands-on removal.

ABS-M30 Ideal for concept models and moderate requirement parts including functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, manufacturing tools and production parts.
ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) Provides strength, colour choice and UV resistance for outdoor-use production parts.
FDM® Nylon-CF10 FDM Nylon-CF10 is a nylon carbon fiber filament. The base polymer is filled 10% by weight with chopped carbon, which produces a composite material 67% stronger and 190% stiffer than the nylon base material.
FDM® TPU 92A The durable elasticity of FDM TPU 92A material makes it a good choice for a wide variety of applications including flexible hoses, tubes, air ducts and vibration dampeners.
QSR Soluble Support Supports wash away in a detergent bath, enables internal cavities/channels to be built in the part and the creation of multi-piece assemblies with moving parts and enables hands-free removal.
ABS-CF10 Made from 10% chopped carbon fibre, parts are lightweight whilst maintaining high-performance in key mechanical property strengths.
