Stratasys’ pioneered PolyJet rubber-like material ‘Agilus30’, introduces a world of new and exciting possibilities. Ideal for advanced design verification and rapid prototyping, you will be able to simulate rubber material within your product development process. Agilus30 produces durable, tear-resistant models that are able to withstand repeated flexing and bending, allowing you to test your product design’s functionality with ease, and in-house.

With a ‘Shore A’ value of 30 in clear or black, this material has been engineered to replicate the look, feel and function of rubber. Agilus30 is ideal for use in 3D printing rubber surrounds, overmoulds, soft-touch coatings, living hinges, jigs and fixtures, wearable, grips and seals with improved surface texture.

This material is designed for use with the J750 and Objet Connex3 3D printing systems. These 3D printers are powered by advanced PolyJet technology which is a proven solution in the creation of precise prototypes that set the standard for finished-product realism. Objet systems offer fine 3D printing resolution enabling complex shapes, intricate detailing and smooth surfaces to be produced fast and efficiently.

PolyJet 3D Printing works by jetting layers of liquid photopolymer onto a build tray and instantly curing them with UV light. The fine layers build up to create a precise 3D model or prototype. Models are ready to handle right out of the 3D printer, with no post-curing needed.
