Witness Show-Stopping Innovation with Extraordinary 3D Creations

15th March 2017

As a Platinum Partner to Stratasys 3D printing technology, SYS Systems delivers world-leading technology and services across the UK and Ireland. At this year’s Southern Manufacturing & Electronics event SYS Systems will demonstrate the advanced 3D printing capabilities of the Stratasys Objet30 Pro system.

At the show visitors can expect to witness 3D printing technology at its best. The Objet30 Pro utilises Polyjet technology, offering eight different 3D printing materials, including clear, high-temperature, and simulated polypropylene. This 3D printing system has been designed predominantly for use within in-house prototyping processes.

Many of SYS Systems’ customers use the Objet30 Pro in the prototyping and iteration phase of their design and production process, one of them being multi-award winning product design company, Design Partners. The Dublin-based company utilises the Objet30 Pro’s ability to produce the smoothest possible surface finish, small moving parts and thin walls in order to prototype many of their product and parts, such as the most popular tunable gaming mouse on the consumer market- the Logitech G502 Proteus Core.

The Objet30 Pro features the industry’s best print resolution and a tray size of 300 by 200 by 150 mm, making this printer ideal for prototyping consumer goods, consumer electronics, medical devices and more. With specialised properties, the Objet30 Pro gives you the power to create realistic models quickly and easily in-house, combining the accuracy and versatility of a high-end rapid prototyping machine with the small footprint of a desktop 3D printer.
