SYS Systems, the UK’s platinum partner of Stratasys 3D printing solutions, has hailed TCT Sixty 2025 as a resounding success after an action-packed two days.
Held at the NEC Birmingham on 4th–5th June, the event brought together engineers, designers and decision-makers from across the industry to explore the technologies shaping the future of manufacturing.
SYS Systems was proud to showcase the latest in industrial 3D printing innovation, with live demonstrations, real-world applications and expert advice on hand throughout.
Bringing Stratasys 3D printing to life
Visitors to our stand were able to get up close with three of the most in-demand Stratasys machines:
F370 CR – Built for strength and durability, this carbon fibre-ready FDM printer is ideal for functional prototyping and end-use tooling.
J55 Prime – Offering full-colour, multi-material capabilities in a compact footprint, the J55 delivers realistic prototypes for design validation, fast.
Origin – Powered by advanced P3 technology, the Origin produces end-use parts at scale with best-in-class surface finish and accuracy.
Alongside these printers, we displayed over 100 3D printed sample parts, giving visitors a hands-on look at what Stratasys technology can achieve across automotive, aerospace, healthcare, dental and more.
Supporting UK industry with additive manufacturing
Whether you’re exploring 3D printing for the first time or looking to scale up your existing capabilities, SYS Systems is here to help.
Our team spent the two days talking to businesses about how additive manufacturing can:
✅ Reduce lead times
✅ Improve part performance
✅ Streamline workflows
✅ Lower production costs
TCT 3Sixty provided the perfect platform to share that knowledge and connect with businesses eager to innovate.
Looking ahead
We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who visited our stand across the two days. It was great to meet so many people who are as passionate about 3D printing as we are.
If you didn’t make it to the show but want to learn more about any of the technologies we showcased, we’d love to hear from you.
