SYS Systems had another “incredibly exciting year” showcasing world-leading Stratasys 3D printers at MACH 2024.

Thousands of visitors made their way onto the stand to witness the latest in 3D printing technologies from the UK’s dedicated platinum partner to Stratasys, resulting in another record-breaking year following on from the success of MACH 2022.

SYS Systems, exhibiting as part of parent company the Carfulan Group’s stand, featured a range of Stratasys’ world-renowned 3D printing technologies, showcasing an innovative, advance solution for every industry and application.

These included the Fortus 450, a multi-application additive manufacturing solution that significantly reduces product development and production timescales, the F370 CR with composite and carbon fibre 3D printing capabilities, as well as the J35 Pro, a high-precision 3D printer that creates accurate prototypes quickly and affordably. The large-format F900, a high-performance Stratasys 3D printer that prints a full tray of complex parts or a singular large part with high strength and unmatched consistency, proved to be popular with visitors, as did the Origin One, capitalising on PhotoPolymerization (P3) technology to produce highly-accurate and robust parts perfect for end use.

“It was another incredibly exciting year for us at MACH,” said Rob Thompson, Carfulan Group Sales Director.

“We were able to demonstrate why we continue to be an industry leader, highlighting a range of our world-leading Stratasys 3D printing technologies.

“We are excited to now continue building on the success of this year’s MACH exhibition, helping manufacturers across a range of industries to elevate their production processes.”

The five-day event at the NEC in Birmingham showcased more innovative technologies under one roof than ever before, with over 600 exhibitors and 26,000 attendees, allowing SYS Systems to build on its previous record-breaking performance in 2022.

Alongside the machines, SYS Systems stand featured a range of innovative, highly-detailed prototypes and end-use parts, printed using Stratasys’ world-leading 3D printers and materials.

Managing Director of the Carfulan Group, Chris Fulton, said:

“We are thrilled with the enormous success of MACH 2024. We have generated an overwhelming amount of interest at the show, which is a testament to our world-leading technologies, as well as the expert service and support that helps our customers to unlock potential across any manufacturing process.

“From the industrial FDM staple 3D printers in SYS System’s range to the flagship PolyJet 3D printers producing high-definition models with incredible detail and accuracy, everyone who visited our stand was amazed at the technology SYS Systems offers and we are excited to continue those conversations in the weeks and months ahead.”
